Milan has over 20 years of experience in translation and localization. He started his career as a Project Manager, progressed to Senior Project Manager, and now serves as Head of Project Logistics, combining project delivery, team leadership, and process improvement.

Throughout his career, he has managed large-scale translation and localization projects involving hundreds of translators for clients such as Microsoft, HP, and the European Commission. He brings extensive experience in coordinating international teams, planning resources, and meeting demanding deadlines and quality requirements.

In his current role, he leads project management and linguistic teams and focuses on project logistics supported by AI and automation. He seeks practical solutions that simplify everyday work and allow his teams to spend more time on what matters most. His strengths include maintaining a clear overview of complex projects, connecting people, processes, and technology, and seeing things through to successful completion.
